Returns from EU countries
You have the right to return a product and get a full refund within 30 days from receiving the goods.
This also includes swimwear, as long as hangtags and hygien protection still is attached to the item.
We are unable to take back products that have been processed, damaged or used.
If you added a donation to One Tree Planted when checking out your order, and then returning your order, will the donation not be refunded. All donations are final and are not refundable.
We do not accept returns of purchased gift cards or donations.

How to make a return
It’s easy to return your item if it’s not quite what you wanted. Just follow these steps:
1. Click on the link Here.
2. Enter your email and order number, and then select the item you want to return
3. Select the “return” tab at the top
4. Select the reason(s) for your return
5. Review your return and click “save”
6. Choose your preferred return shipping option
7. Complete the return
8. You will get the return shipping instructions in a separate email.

Returns due to a claim is free of charge.
How to make an exchange
If you would like to change the size of your item, please click here to proceed and you will be directed to our service for exchanges. Please follow the steps and don't forget to choose the exchange tab at the top.
Please note the following:
* We offer one (1) free exchange per order. If you wish to make a second exchange, we will not cover the shipping costs.
* We’re unable to accept returns beyond the 30 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 30 days may be rejected and returned back to you.
* When you drop off your package at the post office, we highly recommend you to obtain the tracking number and proof of postage for further reference.

Store Credit
When returning an item, you, as a customer, can choose ‘store credit’ as the refund option.
Your store credit is based on the return amount + 10% and can be used on our website for your next purchase.
When you select store credit as the refund option, we will send a separate email to you. In the email, you’ll find a personal code that you can use for your next purchase.
Your store credit is valid for one year from the return date and can not be refunded.
Can I choose to return my order with another service than the ones you are providing?
Yes. But if you do, DEDICATED take no responsibility in the return, until it arrives back to us. If you choose another service, we recommend that you ship it back traceable. No cost will be deducted from your refund if you prepay your own return.

Non accepted deliveries
Non accepted deliveries that are being sent back to DEDICATED is not a legitimate return. If you do not accept your order upon delivery, or don't pick it up at the parcel shop within the told time frame, you will be charged a cost of minimum €30 for administration costs and return shipping.
This cost may be higher depending on the value of your order, and which country your are ordering to.
