Returns and exchanges

You have the right to return a product and get a full refund or exchange the product, within 30 days from receiving the goods. If you change your mind about a product you have to contact our customer service within this time. We are unable to take back products that have been processed or used. There are no refunds for sale items, only the possibility to exchange or receive a credit note. When returning or exchanging a product you pay for the shipping cost.

Upon return, it may take up to 7 business days for the money to be in your account. When replacing, we will contact you if the product of the specified color or size should not be in stock. In the event of a regular exchange or repurchase, the customer is responsible for the return postage. In case of misdelivery or complaint, Dedicated stands for return postage.

Complaints

If you discover a manufacturing defect, the goods can be claimed against a valid receipt or payment statement. Product damaged due to wear is not considered to be defective. If you want to replace the incorrect product, we can exchange it for similar items, subject to availability. If the product is no longer available, you are entitled to a full refund including shipping and return costs. Always contact us first, and then return the defective item to our return address below.
