If you are a consumer residing within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order, without giving any reason.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us before the withdrawal period has expired. The easiest way to do this is through our returns portal, but you are also welcome to contact our customer service team and we will be happy to assist you.
Once your request has been registered, please return the products in accordance with the return instructions we provide.
Once we have received and inspected the returned items, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method that was used for the purchase. A return fee always applies and will be deducted from the refund amount. Here can you find the current return fees.
