Online orders

I did not receive an order confirmation/entered the wrong email.

If you didn't receive an order confirmation when you placed your order, check your spam and campaign inbox if the confirmation ended up there.
If you didn't find it in your inbox or the spam inbox, please contact us via e-mail and we will help you.

Do you ship to my country?

Very likely, we ship to most countries in the world, just use the dropdown at the checkout to find your country.

Where is my order being shipped from?

German and Austrian orders are being shipped from Germany, Europe. Orders from rest of the world are being sent from Sweden, Europe.

How much do I pay for shipping?

The shipping charge will be added to your order and visible at checkout before you finalize the order. The shipping is based on the destination country, and we offer free shipping on bigger orders as stated below:

UK – 70 GBP
Germany - 70 EUR
Europe – 100 EUR
Global – 150 USD

Home deliveries are not included.

How is my order shipped?

We ship world wide with DHL, UPS, Budbee Box delivery and FedEx depending on which country you order from.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will receive a tracking number in the shipping confirmation e-mail with a link to where you track the parcel.

When do I receive my order?

We dispatch all orders within 24 hrs on working days. Holidays and bank holidays might affect this time. When the order is shipped you receive a shipping confirmation e-mail. From when the order is shipped it should take 2-7 working days depending on where in the world you live. If it takes longer, please contact us and we’ll have a look at what might have happened.

Accepted payment methods?

We accept card payments with MasterCard and VISA or payment via PayPal. Residents within Sweden, Denmark, Finland & Norway are also offered the option to pay by invoice through our partner Klarna. Please see Klarna’s home page for more information.

What currency do I pay in?

The currencies used are EUR, USD, GBP, SEK, DKK and NOK. The currency is chosen automatically depending on your shipping country.

Do I have to pay international taxes and duties?

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. We cannot control and are not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package upon delivery. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, please contact your local customs office for further information.

Customers from Norway will pay 25% VAT directly to Dedicated on all orders up to 3000 NOK.
Dedicated will declare the VAT directly to the Norwegian government.
No custom fees on these orders (up to 3000 NOK) will be issued.

What happens if I do not pick up my delivery?

Non accepted deliveries that are being sent back to DEDICATED is not a legitimate return. If you do not accept your order upon delivery, you will be charged a cost of minimum 299 NOK/299 DKK/30€/30$ for administration and return shipping. If you no longer wish for your products, you need to accept the delivery and personally send it back, to be able to get a refund for your order.

Fees for non accepted deliveries on orders shipped to the United Kingdom

Orders shipped to the UK that are being declined at delivery due to additional costs for importing goods from outside UK will be issued with a fee of £135.

Can you send my order as a gift for customs purposes?

No. The purchase price needs to be stated correctly on our parcels. If an item is on sale we will declare the sale price and not the original retail price.

Can I change my order?

We start working on your order as soon as it is placed, so there is a very limited time-frame in which you can amend or cancel it. If you would like to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible by e-mail.

Can I add items to my order?

Unfortunately we cannot add items to an existing order.

Did my order go through?

An order confirmation e-mail is sent immediately after the order is placed. Check your inbox and junk mail, and add [email protected] to your contact book for future purchases. If it is missing, chances are that your order did not go through correctly. Please contact us and we’ll sort it out!

How do I use a voucher code?

The voucher code is entered in the checkout stage. Enter the code in the voucher-field, the total amount of your order will be re-calculated and you will clearly see how much was deducted.

The item I purchased is now on sale, can I have money back?

No. The prices stated on the website at moment of purchase is the price that applies. When finalizing your order, you accept the price.

My order is missing.

Contact us and we will sort it out for you.

Some pieces are missing from my order.

If pieces are missing from your order, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll have a look at it.

What is your returns policy?

You have the right to return a product and get a full refund within 30 days from receiving the goods. This also includes swimwear, as long as hangtags and hygien protection still is attached to the item.
We are unable to take back products that have been processed, damaged or used. We do not accept returns of purchased gift cards. Unidentified returns may not be eligible for a refund and we are not able to refund non received returns.

Our products

I cannot find the style, color or size I’m looking for.

The colors and sizes available in the online shop reflect what we currently have in stock at the moment. We might re-stock popular products, or have them available in some of our stores, contact us and we’ll have a look.

Do you print pattern matching?

No, we do not print pattern matching. It would be too much of a waste of material and environmental harm to match all patterns exactly the same. Due to this, there might be a difference in placement of details in the pattern between the product you see on the website and the product you receive. Every garment is for that reason one of a kind.

How do I find the right size?

There is a size chart on each product page with garment or body measurements, depending on which type of item it is.

Gift cards

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes we do. In the top menu, can you choose Gift Card.

Is it possible to purchase another amount than those listed?

At the moment, are only the listed values available for gift cards.

How do I pay with a gift card?

You add the code from the gift card as a voucher code at check out.

Can I return a gift card?

No. The gift cards are not possible to return.

I have purchased a gift card in one of your stores, can I use it online?

At the moment can gift cards purchased in our stores, only be used as payment in our stores. The same applies on gift cards purchased online, they can only be used as payment at our website.


I have a question/doubt on the GOTS certification of a product.

Contact us via e-mail with the subject "GOTS Claim" if you have any questions or doubts about our GOTS certification. Add any picture or relevant information, and our CSR Manager will handle your request.
