Returns from Sweden
You have the right to return a product and get a full refund within 30 days from receiving the goods.
This also includes swimwear, as long as hangtags and hygien protection still is attached to the item.
We are unable to take back products that have been processed, damaged or used.
If you added a donation to One Tree Planted when checking out your order, and then returning your order, will the donation not be refunded. All donations are final and are not refundable.
We do not accept returns of purchased gift cards or donations.

How to to return an order shipped with Budbee or Instabox
Go to your order in Budbees or Instabox app, or via the tracking link on your received order.
Click on the “Book a return” button, then choose which box you want to leave the parcel in.
Leave it in the box. Budbee/Instabox will add a return slip when picking up the parcel.
How to to return an order shipped with DHL, UPS or FedEx
Pack the items together with the filled in return form in a box. Put the return label on the box, and leave it with your closest parcel shop.
If a new return label is needed
If a return label is needed please contact us and we will help you. Please note that for a return on an order shipped with Budbee, a return label is not needed. More information above under How to to return an order shipped with Budbee.
How much does a return cost?
Returns within Sweden costs 69 SEK and will be deducted from your refund.
Returns due to a claim is free of charge.
Non accepted deliveries
Non accepted deliveries that are being sent back to DEDICATED is not a legitimate return. If you do not accept your order upon delivery, or don't pick it up at the parcel shop within the told time frame, you will be charged a cost of minimum 299 SEK for administration costs and return shipping.
This cost may be higher depending on the value of your order.
