Returns


You have the right to return a product and get a full refund within 30 days from receiving the goods. This also includes swimwear, as long as hangtags and hygien protection still is attached to the item.
We are unable to take back products that have been processed, damaged or used. We do not accept returns of purchased gift cards.

If a return label is needed please contact us here and we send you one per email. Please attach your order number in the email.

Please note that it is the customer that pays for the return, and that the return fee is deducted from the refund of your order.

Please note that these costs covers returns up to 3kgs, for returns above that weight, please contact us and we will calculate the return cost for you.

We are not able to provide return labels for orders from countries not listed on the linked page above.

If you send your return without a label from us, we recommend that you send your return back with tracking. We are not able to refund non received returns.

Upon return, it may take up to 7 business days for the money to be in your account. In the event of misdelivery or claim, Dedicated stands for return postage.

DEDICATED can not refund an amount higher than the amount of the original order.

Please make sure to send your return back to the same warehouse that it was shipped from.
German and Austrian orders shall be returned to Germany, and orders from rest of the world shall be returned to Sweden. The addresses can be found at the bottom of this page.

Returns from a non EU country


When returning an order from a non EU country, you must place three copies of the invoice in a plastic AWB pouch, visible on the outside of the return packaging. This is to guarantee clearance in customs.

DEDICATED do not take responsibility for any returns, where this has not been followed and do not take responsibility for any unforeseen expenses.

Non accepted deliveries


Non accepted deliveries that are being sent back to DEDICATED is not a legitimate return. If you do not accept your order upon delivery, you will be charged a cost of minimum 299NOK/299DKK/30€/30$ for administration and return shipping.
This cost may be higher depending on the value of your order.

This also applies for shipments where the customer refuse to pay import duties and VAT issued by the local custom authorities.

If you no longer wish for your products, you need to accept the delivery and personally send it back, to be able to get a refund for your order.

Fees for non accepted deliveries on orders shipped to the United Kingdom
Orders shipped to the UK that are being declined at delivery due to additional costs for importing goods from outside UK will be issued with a fee of £135.

This is to cover all costs the order will be issued with when being returned to us.

Exchanges


Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges online. What you can do is to return the product you do not want and place a new order on the product and size you want instead. This is because we can not guarantee the stocking of the product and size you wish to change to when your return arrives at our warehouse.

Complaints


If you discover a manufacturing defect, the goods can be claimed against a valid receipt or payment statement. Product damaged due to wear is not considered to be defective.
We will replace the incorrect product with a new one, subject to availability. If the product happens to be out of stock, you are entitled to a full refund including shipping and return costs.
Always contact us first with a picture off the item and your order number and, after our acceptance, return the defective item to our address below. In case of misdelivery or complaint, Dedicated stands for return postage.
