You have the right to return a product and get a full refund within 30 days from receiving the goods. We are unable to take back products that have been processed, damaged or used.
Make sure that you send your return back with tracking.
Upon return, it may take up to 7 business days for the money to be in your account. In the event of a regular re-purchase, the customer is responsible for the return postage. In case of misdelivery or claim, Dedicated stands for return postage.
Returns from outside EU must be marked as a return and with the actual value of the returned goods, to be cleared in Swedish customs.

Non accepted deliveries
Non accepted deliveries that are being sent back to DEDICATED is not a legitimate return. If you do not accept your order upon delivery, you will be charged a cost of minimum 30€ for administration and return shipping. If you no longer wish for your products, you need to accept the delivery and personally send it back, to be able to get a refund for your order.
Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges online. What you can do is to return the product you do not want and place a new order on the product and size you want instead. This is because we can not guarantee the stocking of the product and size you wish to change to when your return arrives at our warehouse.
If you discover a manufacturing defect, the goods can be claimed against a valid receipt or payment statement. Product damaged due to wear is not considered to be defective. We will replace the incorrect product with a new one, subject to availability. If the product happens to be out of stock, you are entitled to a full refund including shipping and return costs. Always contact us first, before returning the defective item to our address below. In case of misdelivery or complaint, Dedicated stands for return postage.
