It's really fun to see our products in your pictures! We are so proud that we would like to ask for your permission to use them for marketing purposes in our own channels.
We would like to use your pictures on our website or in our stores, on social media, in ads and maybe also in a newsletter.

Before we use your pictures, we will, of course, ask first, by commenting on your picture. You respond to our request by using the hashtag #yesdedicated, and then you accept the following;

You grant Dedicated Sweden AB (VAT-Number: SE556509453801) a non-exclusive, global right to use the images you have marked with #yesdedicated for marketing purposes.
This means that you agree that we can use the pictures in all our channels, but you still own the rights to the images and have the opportunity to display the images in other channels and contexts.

In addition to the above, you also certify:
1. You own the rights to your images
2. You have permission from all individuals visible in the image to transfer the rights to us
3. Dedicated Sweden AB will not infringe on third-party rights or violate established rules and regulations

Hereby, you release Dedicated Sweden AB from all obligations to pay you for the use of your images and for its intellectual property rights in connection with the above-described uses. Hereby, you absolve, and accept, to indemnify Dedicated Sweden AB and all individuals acting on behalf of Dedicated Sweden AB from any claims, demands, and liabilities of any kind arising in connection with the use of the images as described above
