What is your returns policy?

You have the right to return a product and get a full refund within 30 days from receiving the goods. This also includes swimwear, as long as hangtags and hygien protection still is attached to the item.
We are unable to take back products that have been processed, damaged or used. We do not accept returns of purchased gift cards. Unidentified returns may not be eligible for a refund and we are not able to refund non received returns.



How do I return a product?

Return your product together with the filled in return document. If a return label is needed please contact us and we will help you.
Please note that the customer pays for the return, and the return fee will be deducted from your refund

How do I return a product if I've had it delivered with Budbee or Instabox?

You do not need a return shipping label to create a return with Budbee or Instabox.
Go to your order in the Budbee or Instabox app.
Click on the “Book a return” button, then choose which box you want to leave the parcel in.
Pack the pieces you wish to return.
You don't need to print a shipping label, Budbee/Instabox will take care of that.



How do I issue a claim?

Contact us with your order number, and pictures of the faulty item, and from there will our Customer Service guide you further.



How much does it cost to return an item?

The return cost depends on which country you are returning your order from.

Please note that these costs covers returns up to 3kgs, for returns above that weight, please contact us and we will calculate the return cost for you.



I didn't pick up my order and now it has been sent back, can you send it again?

We can not send it out again. Your order will be refunded, with a deduction for shipping and handling costs. If you wish for your roder to be sent out again, please put down a new order.



How do I return my order from a non EU country?

When returning an order from a non EU country, you must place three copies of the invoice in a plastic AWB pouch, visible on the outside of the return packaging. This is to guarantee clearance in customs.

DEDICATED do not take responsibility for any returns, where this has not been followed and do not take responsibility for any unforeseen expenses.



Is it a must to return an order/item with a return label issued by you?

No, it is not a must. But, if you send your return without a label from us, we recommend that you send your return back with tracking. We are not able to refund non received returns.



To where do I return my order?

Please make sure to send your return back to the same warehouse that it was shipped from.
German and Austrian orders shall be returned to Germany, and orders from rest of the world shall be returned to Sweden. The addresses can be found at the bottom of this page.
