Gift cards

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes we do, click here to purchase a gift card.

Is it possible to purchase another amount than those listed?

At the moment, are only the listed values available for gift cards.

How do I pay with a gift card?

You add the code from the gift card as a voucher code at check out.

Can I return a gift card?

The gift cards are not possible to return.

I have purchased a gift card in one of your stores, can I use it online?

At the moment can gift cards purchased in our stores, only be used as payment in our stores. The same applies on gift cards purchased online, they can only be used as payment at our website.

How does a refund work of an order partial/fully paid by gift card?

The amount you paid with your gift card will be refunded back to your gift card. If there is amount left to be refunded, it will be refunded back with the method of payment you used to finalize your order.

If you paid your whole order with a gift card:
The amount will be refunded back to your gift card, and an email will be sent when the refund is done.

If you used more than one payment method.
Your refund will be spilt bu the payment methods depending on how much you paid with your gift card.
An email explaining your refund will be sent, right after it has been done.

Voucher codes

What is a voucher code?

Voucher codes is codes that gives you discount at our website. Voucher codes is often used together with special campaigns.

How do I use a voucher code?

The voucher code is entered in the checkout stage. Enter the code in the voucher-field, the total amount of your order will be re-calculated and you will clearly see how much was deducted.

I forgot to add my voucher code, can you add it afterwards?

Unfortunately are we not allowed to change the price after the payment is done.

Why does my voucher code not work?

If your voucher code does not work, it can be due to a to low amount of your order, or that the code isn't active anymore.

How does a refund work of an order partial/fully paid with a voucher?

When you are paying with a. voucher code, the discount is divided equally on all the items in your order, and the refund will be calculated from those amounts.
